All clients receiving a massage therapy treatment or facial treatment are required to fill out or intake consent form. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your appointment with full charge. Any minor will need parental/ guardian to accompany them to the treatment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
 

PLEASE REVIEW OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

Your treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our team and scheduling policy.  Should you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance.  Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or a NO SHOW will be charged a reservation fee of up to 100% for the service and time set aside with our providers. If you are late for your appointment there will be a full charge of the service as we have time set aside for the service. We can try our best to accommodate you but we cannot guarantee full service.
